Heaven Scent Candles

Hi all. Just wondering if anyone has any idea's on labels for tumbler palm candles. I am not sure what labels to use for this. I am nervous that the label won't show if clear on the jar. Any idea's would be great. Just confused on what to buy/use I want people to be able to see it.

so as someone who's always heard the term... but has lived in the midwest all his life...

how far north is "upstate NY"

(used to vacation in the Adirondacks as a kid)

I am 45 min south of Watertown. OMG hubby n I take bike n ride through (motorcycle). We love to stay n lake placid. What s the mid west like. Went to west but Alaska n flew there

These are sooo wonderful the orange one caught my eye. So classy I'd buy them in an instant.

They would be a great gift. Wait I would keep them myself to pretty to give a way.LOL

Did the bowl start to melt when you poured the soy wax in? I love palm wax, I guess I'm a "Palmer" (ok a little lame)

Do people usually sell warmers w/their candles? I've seen some on this site that are very nice. www.vistawholesale.com (I hope it's ok to post the site). Just a thought I had. :smiley2:

You r welcome. I made a candle last night w/pecan from cs and it smelled a little nutty but was still ok.

The one from peak is "praline pecan" and OMG there is a HUGH difference w praline.

I hope you enjoy yours as much as my work did today.

They said it made them all hungry mmmmm.

I also love the "Love Spell" :thumbsup:from CS it is awesome w/many compliments.

I use "Praline Pecan" from peak and OMG it is amazing.

Hubby loves it but, he keeps saying i'm teasing him 'cause it makes him hungry for pecan pie .

Holy cow I guess you do have a zoo. Animal are great to have. It's nice to see your so close.:wave: I work in Rome at the VA. mon-fri. But I live 1hr away (West Monroe) I know CRAZY :pto drive so far but it beats working nights in syracuse VA. LOL. Do you make soy or palm? I was making soy but changed to palm 'cause I love the glow it gives. I haven't been making them that long. I made a couple of candles for my mom and sis and I found out I realy enjoy them so much that i'm doing them all the time now. I have been learning since Christmas and I have soooo much more to learn.

Yaaaaa:soap baby dance: I got my CD's today so I can try to up them.

I'm going to try a CD10 (was CD8) in the 4.5 and a CD18 (was CD16) in the 12oz.

I'm going to change the feather palm to GG palm. Any idea's or thought about this?

I also have a 16 oz footed (kinda square that tapers) jar from the jar store that is 4in widest part top.

Have you had any problems w/these jars? Do you just use them for testing or do you also sell them?

I looked up the $ on buying the lids for these and it will cost 2x's as much to have them shipped to me.

It stinks that I have no one near me that sell's any candle supplies so the shipping $ is crazy.

I went and got this jar and WOW they are very nice. I'm not sure what wick to use or should i use 2 wicks in it. I like how they are heavy. Thank you.

HI all. I have just read a post that was posted quite a while ago about turning a GG candle upside down for the air holes. I have been getting a lot of them so I am going to try that tonight after work.

I am a little scared about it all coming out and OMG what a mess .

I know if that happens I will be shocked and i think I will laugh at myself but still ganna try. Wish me luck.

I am still a newbie at this. It's challenging but oh so much fun .

I am using feather palm. The jar is 3.6 libbey vibe jar. The wick s a CD16
