  1. How about some nice chinese take out boxes. Nashville sells some nice ones.
  2. Bonsi from TSW. Nice and clean.
  3. I'm not positive but I think I saw this at WSP.
  4. What did the blue smell like burning? Could you detect all the different notes?
  5. The only oil I use from BCN is JP and it smells wonderful in soap. I don't think I've ever put it in wax though.
  6. The best one I have found is from Southern Scentsations http://www.greatcandle.com/Fruit%20Scents.htm It's a true blueberry and very strong. It reminds me of the original Yankmee blueberry. I don't use soy but the chandler that recommended this to me did and she said it was strong in her soy.
  7. It looks like you really like the foody scents but if your open to others try the Mahogany. I've used it in HP and JS 123 @ 8% wonderful. I just love it.
  8. Donna I do belong to that board and it's a great resource but if someone (on any board) posts a review I think it should have some info . In other words if I were to give these two reviews which would you find most helpful? Mac Apple from zzz co. Great scent nice and strong. Mac Apple from ZZZ CO I used J223 , poured at 8% throw on a scale of 1-10 would be a 9.
  9. Your not alone. A review should state what the fo was used in and at what % it was poured. Otherwise it's not much of a review.
  10. Can I ask why your rebatching it?
  11. Gardenia should do the trick.
  12. Lime Margarita from SC. I can't get enough of it.
  13. I really like Frosted Pear from the Candlemakers Store.
  14. I use the one from Kangaroo Blue and I really like it.
  15. I second both Lemon Slices from SNC And Lemon Tart from Backwoods.
  16. I find that comment insulting. We're not talking about a tire store here , we're talking about candles. Personally my candles can hold their own with the big the guys and I would sell them alone. Your probably one of those folks who thinks Rolex makes an exceptional time piece lol.
  17. It did for me. Used at 8% /zinc wicks. I can't remember the jar I tested in.
  18. I make a small batch (only 2 pounds). It's the smallest I can go with accurate weighing results. I have four kids and I soap after everyone is in bed for the night. I mix my lye out on the deck and then bring it in. You could pre measure your oils during the day to help speed up your process at night.
  19. I've never soaped it but I checked out TSR Index and one says it's strong and true and the other states it was nice but to light. Let us know if it morphs into something lol.
  20. E that soap is beautiful and the scent must be out of this world.
  21. Tony's Rosemary Mint is also a winner along with his F&M.
