  1. Was it sent by USPS or FedEx/UPS? FedEx & UPS charge brokerage fees to bring it across the border. Canada Post/USPS do not charge them. Canada Post collects duty/taxes and they charge a $5.00 admin fee. You would still have to pay the duty & tax no matter which way it was sent, however, it usually is MUCH cheaper to have it sent USPS. If it is marked as a *gift* you do not have to pay either duty or taxes, however Canada Customs has the right to open any package and if it's found that it really isn't a gift, my understanding is it can be a hassle for both you and the company who sent it. I will not order from a company who won't ship USPS...those damn brokerage fees are just too high!! HTH,
  2. Same for me...I started out selling individually at craft sales, but that is just a pain in the butt. I now put 6 in a cello bag. I will still sell them individually otherwise, just not at craft shows.
  3. The table looks beautiful....so colorful!!!
  4. Beautiful and elegant come to mind to describe them!!
  5. I have a hard time choosing because they both look fantastic, but I think my favorite is the one on the right.
  6. I've seen bath salts done in the tin tie bags and they are very cute. I do my bubbly milk bath in the stand up foil bags from Kangaroo Blue. I belive they carry both the small and large bags. they are foil on the back and clear on the front so you can see the stuff in the bag. and they have a zip lock closing on the top. HTH,
  7. I do CPOP and the only difference from regular CP is that you've forced gel by putting it in the oven. I LOVE CPOP as I find it is the only way I can completely ensure that my soap has gelled perfectly! I've had several batches of regular CP that I thought had gelled completely, but I was left with ungelled centers. I've never had any problem with the soap losing its scent... HTH,
  8. Those are beautiful! I love that color green!! What on earth did you use to achieve that color? I don't think I've ever seen a soap so vibrant....gorgeous!
