Ummmm I am a fo hoarder lol I can't help with this question.  But I will follow this post and see what everyone else say's. 

I have a fb business page and a group page also, but am finding it hard to do anything on. There are ton's of wax  vendors it seems like and the fb wax world seems to already have all of their favorite...craft fairs is my primary selling base but during the summer I don't ever set up due to the heat so was looking for a different ave. to sell through the summer months

Just wondering how many of you sell on FB? Do it do well for you? Do you have a group page, business page, or both?

I get mine from the Gateway Foods Factory in Dupo, IL. It's only a 2 1/2 hour drive for me and much cheaper than having it shipped. 

I add white dye chips to mine. I get them from Aztec Candle Supply. 

I will be mixing these up this weekend, if all goes as planned. Had plans to do it a couple of weekends ago and got sick, then was going to do it this past weekend and had bad storms. My brother lost his roof so been taking care of that. So hopefully I can get back to my candle making this weekend and try to mix this up fingers crossed! I will let everyone know how it goes.

Going to try and make my own ParaSoy blend this weekend with 4627 and 464 and suggestions? Also going to try the 464 with 4794 for melts. Not asking for anyone's recipes just if anyone can give me a idea of some good starting points. I have tried mixing the 4794 with 464 in the past and wasn't happy with the results I did a 25% 464 with 75% 4794 and the throw wasn't what I was looking for on it. Has anyone else had any luck mixing these wax's? TIA!

I have Jingle Bells fragrance from Just Scents and am having a brain block in trying to think of something to call it for the rest of the year. Here is the description...I love this oil!  Cassis, red currant, a touch of cinnamon, with a hint of strawberry, with brushes of spearmint and cherry almond and citrus AND CITRUS .  Lot's of citrus notes on the bottom make this a must have!  

  Any help in renaming it will be much appreciated! 

Has anyone ever ordered F.O from eap? I am wondering what quality they are? TIA

Is the one is Springfield in a bad area then too? Now I am scared to order and pick up lol. I am only a few hours from Springfield so I can save major on shipping costs and make a shopping day out of it too

is dps/morris still open in springfield?

Love Aztec's convention went to it last year. But they said they won't have another one till 2015 . They are going to do them every other year now. I was hoping someone else would host one this year. I love meeting all the candle makers and learning new things!

Anyone know of any candle making conventions for 2014?

I have one scent that lasted 28 hours in a Scentsy warmer. I used soy 464 with candy cane cookies scent. I was amazed at how long it lasted. Found this out by accident when the warmer was left on and forgot about. I couldn't believe it lasted so long. I am sure it wouldn't on a hot plate or a higher wattage warmer though. I generally tell people to expect 8 hours per cube.

Their blueberry pie was a huge seller for me.

Sweet Potato from Aztec is one of our #1 sellers. I would say it is in the top 4 for us. No one has ever complained of a burnt smell in it to us. I think your hubby's nose is off lol. (But we have been told by many that Aztec's pumpkin caramel latte does have a scorched chocolate smell. We thought so too on it but didn't know if it was us or that FO until we tested it.)

I have had this happen to candles and tarts and also wondered what it was. Happy to know I can find more on it and figure out how to stop it
