Bernadette Posted October 15, 2012 Share Posted October 15, 2012 I went to Michaels yesterday to pick up some glass tealight holders, and lo and behold, they're not carrying them anymore! In fact, 3/4 of the candle glass they used to have, they're not carrying anymore. Couldn't find any oyster cup votive glass anywhere in town either. A lot of times I'll get my clear basket wrap from there and it seems like I buy out all they have, then later when I need more, there isn't any to be found anywhere for a few weeks. Check their candle making aisle in the craft section, their jar aisles, and their other decorative glass and candle holder aisles. If you already know which glass jars are approved for candles, you can find them in different aisles. And the best part is they put all their glassware on 50% off at least twice per month. You can go on the sale days, pick out the jar you want, and take it up to the cash register and ask for a form to fill out so you can order by the case, then they'll have your cases ready for you within a couple of days with no extra shipping charge.
