cactusladycandles
I am thinking of using pillar palm wax in a 2-pice rubber mold. It makes acactus with two arms. I am wondering how strong the candle will be. Any comments?
JanetsCandles
It all depends on how your mold is made. If it is split down the middle, like it would have 2 arms up, opposite sides and separates in the middle if you were looking at it sideways, you might get it to work. But there might be a problem with it being too wide at the top and not wide enough at the bottom to support it without tipping. That said, I have had a lot of trouble getting palm wax to cooperate in rubber molds. It crumbles too easily.
cactusladycandles
I made one and it came out of the mold okay. It has a wide base. I'm just wondering how fragile it will be to sell to people.
