Preservative free B&B products, need a list

I would like to know which B&B products can be made without the use of a preservative. So far, I have:

Soap

Lip Balm

Lotion Bars

What else could I make without preservatives?

Whipped butters as long as there is no water in them.

Also any kind of balm/salve again no water in them.

Roll-on perfumes

Body sprays using oils and/or cyclo

Bath oils

Bath bombs/fizzies

Bath salts

Dry milk bath

Dry face masks

So, no water = no preservative?

Mostly yes, but for products like sugar/salt scrubs where there is a chance water will get into it you still need to use a preservative.
