jennie12
I ordered LX wicks from Candle Science about a month ago, thoroughly tested them, and found them to be my favorite wicks so far. I placed another order recently and am now finding that with the new order, the LX 20's won't even hold a flame in the same container, with the same wax, and at approximately the same room temperature that they worked GREAT in last time. What on earth could be happening?
Judy, USMC
Was it also the same FO?
jennie12
yes, I made sure I tested with one of the same FO's that had worked fine the first time around. I just can't imagine that I got a faulty bag of wicks, but otherwise I can't seem to pinpoint what could cause such a drastic difference in performance. Judy, USMC
Guess it's time to call the supplier. They won't know there's a problem unless it's reported.
Pam W
Have you compared the new wicks to the old? Possible that the order got mis-labeled.
