sharyl55
I've been testing my starfish to see if I can make floater candles out of them. They are 2.75" x 2.75" x .75". Wt. just over 1 oz. I am getting a burn time of approx. 3 hrs. Guessing that is not long enough. My question is, in your expert opinion, how long should floaters burn? Vicky_CO
That is not a bad burn time. Floaters no deeper than that should burn 3 to 6 hours.
sharyl55
Thanks Vicky. I've been looking for a deeper starfish or seashell mold without much success. I've been making some wax bowls embedded with real shells and thought a starfish or seashell floater would go good with it.
