put my mold in the freezer question

Recommended Posts

I think I way ovey insulated, which I usually under insulate. Anyway, I used a heating pad and towels over night, and forgot to turn off the heating pad this morning. remembered in the afternoon turned it off, but still left the soap wrapped. 4 hours later checked soap to cut, and it is so soft...but, it didn't crack. Thank goodness!

How long should I leave it the freezer to cool it down?

Have to go get the kiddos, will be back in a jiffy, so thanks ahead!

Thanks for the reply kitn! It's about a 4 lb batch. I was hasty and took it out a 10 minutes ago. I just coudn't wai,t and wasn't sure how long too.

I want to take a picture, but my battery is dead. I should have left it in. It does look pretty cool, just doesn't looked finished, and can't describe. Once I have a battery will post. Thank you so much, you have been so helpfull!

My flash is horrible, so I hope you can see. The bottom white is supposed to be white all the way up to the swirling(measured and colored all white for that layer) . The middle layer that looks natural soap color is the problem. It is still soft, but not sticky. I don't know if I cooked the bottom of the soap, if just a curing is needed, no problem at all, or unique soap! I still say grrrrh.
