ksranch
I'm finally going to try aroma beads for car air fresheners - I've checked a few sites on how to 'bake' them and find the info dramatically different. Peak says 200 for 45 min and someone else says 350 for 7 -9 min. Is there any advantage to doing it slower, like Peak says... or does it really matter? Pam W
I've only done that at the higher temp and it worked fine. FYI: When I made them, I was concerned with how they'd hold up in the hot AZ heat (car temps over 145*) - they did get a little soft on really hot days but no melting or oozing. pcbrook
I bake them at 350 for about 7 to 8 minutes cuz I like them a little bumpy and if I leave them in longer I am always afraid I am baking the FO right out of them.
