Darbla
Some people use Dead Sea salt as a type of bath salt, and some use Epsom salts. What other types of salt are good for soaking in and what are their pros/cons?
Darbla
Found this info: http://www.saltworks.us/salt_info/si_MakingBathSalts.aspI'm getting that the only purposes as far as benefits are some muscle healing from Epsom salts, and skin softening from every other type of salt? lauramw71
I personally prefer epsom salts.. And the couple of reasons for that are: It's cheaper, and they dissolve pretty fast. I only make them for myself and not to sell, so I'm looking for the scent benefit. I think I would need a LOT of the salt for any other benefit. After I take a bath with them the scent lasts on my skin forever!
Kitn
I like epsom salts and a special mineral salt that is mined from a lake near here..
