I was wondering if it was possible to place an embed on the inside of the jar up against the glass so that it shows thru? jpchand Posted February 28, 2012 Author Share Posted February 28, 2012 (edited) Thanks! The embed wax is 4625. Cut it out with a cookie cutter and put it in the fridge to harden. We were able to stick it to the side by hitting the side of the jar with a hairdryer for a few seconds. We poured 4630 at about 160f and I was afraid that the star would heat up and slide down, but it stayed right there!The lid is just painted with rust colored paint but we usually roll it in a mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg, and coffee grounds to give it a cool rustic look that smells good.
