CandleCrazyGal
My friend gave me a few tarts she made with beeswax and I am having a devil of a time getting them to melt. I'm assuming that the MP is higher for beeswax, but even when I change my bulb for a higher wattage and it does melt, the scent is not strong at all. Is there another wax that can be joined with the beeswax to make the tarts better? She really wants to continue using the beeswax since her BIL owns a honey farm, but I'm not very well versed on it nor it's ability to hold and throw scent. --CCG
Vicky_CO
BW is not a good choice for Melts. She might try 50/50 split with a low melt paraffin. I think in the end she is just going to run in to many problems using even that much BW. Honestly BW wax is so high dollar I would never even consider it as an option. Much better uses for BW than melts.
