Oceangazer1
For CP I use a small amount of glycerin, but you can pull some of your oils (very little) and mix them in that if you want. Thanks Scented! So I can pull a little bit of say OO in a couple of cups and then incorporate the micas first?
Oceangazer1
I'm sooo nervous about trying soap again. I have everything I need, except I am using a show box for a mold, lined in freezer wrap...it looks okay. It's the best I could do. But the lye is totally freaking me out. I dream about making soap all night and even what to get up and mix the lye water in the middle of the night JUST to get that step over with LOL. :laugh2:It's Crazy!! I'm Really afraid. :tiptoe:
Scented
I'd pull from all the melted oils that you have and mix your color, not just a particular oil. Just respect what the lye can do and remember to always add it to the water and not breath in the fumes.
coconut
Does anyone have experience with Florida Soap Supplies? It appears they are in Estero between Fort Myers and Naples. I wonder if they allow local pickup.
