EnvyCandles Posted July 28, 2011 Share Posted July 28, 2011 Need some advice and expertise:Almost positive I am going with Designer 218- cannot wait to leave GoDaddy as Website Tonight is not as easy for me as I thought it would be and I spent months!!My html knowledge is NOTHING, not even basic html. How difficult would it be to build my site with Designer 218, uploading items and making pages?I see Mandi uses Mal's, and although this has been discussed before, I NEED HELP!I live in NY and the tax department requires that you charge tax based on the county the item is delivered in. So if I mail a package to another county, I need to charge tax based on the tax % of the county the buyer lives in. Most carts seem to have zip code based tax rates, I have not seen one that is based by county. How can I have this done?? Short of me trying to charge tax based on zipcode- this would mean I have to upload every single zip code in the state and the corresponding tax rates- YIKES!!Help from anyone would be great, but especially anyone from NY!!
