CandleChic Posted May 1, 2011 Share Posted May 1, 2011 Does anyone here make these themselves? Cut them? I want to know how and what kind of paper/cardboard you would use for these? I have some shapes I want to make myself.I have googled and can't find what the cut outs are made from or how to even cut them. Some look like paper,some..some type of cardboard.
