Better to me means that it was able to handle fo without thinning with just a very small amount. I never liked using crothix and didn't like the consistency of it.Also, I've not used commercial soap in quite a few years, and I'm no longer running for the lotion bottle like I used to. This body wash doesn't give me that same great feeling, but it's as close as I've come to it. I'm a bar soap girl, but if I were to convert, this would be my choice.
