Misty
I just finished setting mine up. Man! That is a lot of decision making. My store is in my husband's building that we just purchased for his company, and I do his office work as well. So, My office is also my store. It is 16 x 13. My desk is also my counter line. My display area is 13 x 10.5 feet. I used outdoor bakers racks for most of my candles.I was also going for a homey feel, so I put in some chairs and an electric fireplace. I use a few tables for product. Most of my soaps are in trays. It really does have a boutique feel when you walk in. I may get one more display rack. LovelyLathers
I have a shop, it's been open 19 months. It's 20 x 15 with a backroom 12 x 15 where everything is made. Mine is all done with antique and bakers rack displays. Yes there are lots of decisions to make when you first start but it can be fun if you don't let the stress get to you.
