rcrafty
I shipped some lotions to my sis in PA and 2 of them opened. I am wondering how everyone packages their lotions to keep them from opening due to pressure?
number2of7
You can always squeeze the bottle just a bit and then recap...leaves the extra room for pressure to take up residence
Kitn
I make sure there is head space , I put tape around the neck and shrink wrap the whole bottle .I also make a wrap for the bottle out of thick cardboard, then bubble wrap that, so far no problem. I just had a customer buy some lotion that she was shipping to her daughter, she asked for it in a jar. Okay , that works too.

LuminousBoutique
Electrical tape works great. creates a good seal and it doesnt leave any residue.
