FarmerJill
Be careful of purchasing the cheapest. I did that once thinking I really got a bargain; that is, until I started using them. The black paint used was obviously not a paint meant for metal. It flaked off and I ended up with hundreds of tiny black specks in the top of each jar. A real pain. jennyjo
Which black lids are you refering to? The shiny black or the rustic black. I use the rustics, and I get them from Backwoods. They are local for me, but it may not be the best price. C&S also has a great selection of lids.

safetysue
Thanks for the responses. I'm gong to share what I've found in case someone else is looking.Candle Science has Black Jelly Lids starting at .21/each with volume discoutns. They do not say "plastisol" so I don't know if they have the plastic seal in them and I don't know that if it's necessary to have a plastisol lid. Here's the link.http://www.candlescience.com/containers/black-jelly-lidCandlesoylutions Lids do have plastisol and start at .39/each with volume discounts. Here's the link.http://www.candlesoylutions.com/closeup.asp?cid=13&pid=641&offset=0I did not see the type I was looking for here but since they were suggested - Fillmore container has Olde Tyme Black unlined lids for .69/each. Here's that link.http://www.fillmorecontainer.com/Lids/G70-CT-Olde-Tyme-Black-Unlined.htmFYI - Cajun Candle offers white at .28/each.Again, Thanks for your replies.
