pjm
I am making 100% Soy JJ candles. I have noticed on some that after a burn, I will get a white ring around the candle about 1/2 inch from the top. Is this just normal frosting? Is there a way to avoid it?Paula:smiley2:
geekrunner
Maybe what you see is a wet spot ring after your burns, I think there are others that could more intelligently explain it, sometimes I get confused what constitutes a "wet spot" and "frosting." Kaybee23
It is frosting. Not much you can do about it. Even the best soys with additives cannot prevent this. Most that like to buy soy candles understand and don't mind it.
