NiksWaxNWicks
Ok...I think I am having issues with a certain oil. I bought Jack Frost oil from Canwax, and it seems no matter how much I cut down the amount of oil used, or wick up... it isnt working... it goes into a super small flame and just puts itself out. The top of the wick goes white and thin. Is there something I am doing wrong with this oil??I have tried it in 4786 alone... and in a 50/50 blend of 4786 and 4627. Anyone had this happen to them with any other oil?
Vicky_CO
Try a different kind of wick. I jump between HTP and Cotton cored. I have found at time one will work and one won't but both wicks will be comparable in size.
NiksWaxNWicks
Ok, right now I use zinc wicks 28-24's. I don't even know if I could wick up on a tealight in Zinc.Anyone know?
Stella1952
You could also try Jack Frost from a different supplier.
Mottster
I can say that we use TL-28 wicks (CS) for our tealights, along with Jack Frost from CS and had great success.. HTH
