For all of you who want the full story, and how I got talked to, maybe should get both sides of the coin. This is the email to which I sent Jennifer, to which I was responded to with basically... We just found out that he has a highly infected kidney and spleen. He has a lump on his kidney, and may have to have his spleen removed!!!! I have been under a lot of stress lately, and have been trying to cope and day to day just get by to make sure my family is taken care of as far as food goes! We are barely making it. I have no doubt that you are in a tough place as well, and I do not mean to upset or belittle your request for money, but you have to understand that there is absolutely nothing I can do about it at the moment. I am so sorry. I have been trying to sell my ass off just to keep it so that we have a roof over our heads and food in our bellies. We have a daughter as well, so it is pretty tough. As you know I only started this shop, just like you, so I know you are more than likely going through the crunch that is just after Christmas shopping woes (no customers!) I will let you know as soon as I can pay you, and again I am sorry... I just couldn't manage to message without telling you the whole story and I didn't want to do that. I use 4786 for my tarts alone. For the gingies candle however, I used 75% 4786 and 25% 4627 There ya go, now you can experiment lol Thank you all for the very kind comments and compliments! I really just love what I do and get inspired by so many things. :smiley2:

I wanted to do something different for the holidays.. so I made the Gingerbread Cream 4 Wick candle for just that. I also did a layered 16oz jar with White on the bottom and Red on the top. I added a small snowflake on the top as an embed to finish it off. I named it Peppermint Frost and it is scented with Buttermint Candy from JS. These photos aren't all pretty and staged... hehe but I was too excited to show you the Gingies!! The other photo of the heart dish is Vanilla Bean Noel scent from JS again... and the embeds on top are whipped cream embeds. The last photo is one of my new Holiday Wax Melties. I have a lovely pan from Wilton that I use every year and they sell like hotcakes. These ones are scented in the Gingerbread Cream also, which is a 3 to 1 mix of Gingerbread Goodies from JS, and Mrs. Claus Cookies from NG Enjoy!!

Christmas Wish

What would be the best thing to use to ensure there is no breakage? I have tried packing peanuts, but they seem too hard. I also tried bubble wrap, but still had one break. Is there anything you guys do that I should know about that stops breakage completely? I even thought about buying a few cheaper towels from the dollar store to wrap them in along with packing peanuts. I have to send 4 jars, and 4 tealight boxes in one parcel. Any thoughts?

I TOTALLY LOVE THEM ALL!! Especially the 6 color ones. They are SO beautiful!! You are such a talented soap maker I would sure love to try those shampoo samples! The look so adorable! They would be perfect for people who travel a lot!! You could sell them as Travel Shampoos!

Actually I just saved the photo from your website onto my computer. Then I went down to the bottom of the post, to Manage Attachments, clicked on it, then clicked on Browse, then you find the file that you want to add. then click on upload. then you close the little window that you just added the picture on, and then type out your message and post

I get these at the dollar store, or any craft store. They arent much... and they work a dream!! They are normally used for beads for crafters!

Wonderful Video!! That is the first one I have watched I think doing that to show people how to make soap is fantastic and I LOVE the colors you chose for that soap!

I normally go through a few select companies for my oils. AH/RE, Peaks, Just Scent. I got some samples from C&S and I like them, but I want to see if there is somewhere else that I should be getting them that is better. These are the scents: Sparkling Snowflakes Cinnamon Apple Berry Christmas Memories Christmas Splendor Mulberry Spice Winter Candy Apple I am generally new to purchasing anywhere else, so I would really appreciate the advice. I will let you know when I get Mid Jar what happens, these candles burn so long that it takes a while. lol I have been burning in 4 hour stints. It is even, and smells lovely. The only thing I have noticed is that the color is a little muted from the norm. IE... I have Black Cherry from JS, and I am using that to test... the wicks are 51-32-18Z, and it is double wicked. I am using ReddiGlo Chips... Burgundy, 1/2 chip per lb... and it is lighter than I would get just using the IGI 4786 on its own. I do love the throw, but always have with this Black Cherry. We will see how it goes. I am going to do a photo diary of this burn though... so that you all can see how it goes. I will take a photo every hour.
