WillowBoo
I had a lot of visible bubbles in my mix. So, I just let them go and waited for the candles to set up. When they did, there was some frosting on the glass. (soy mix) I heated them up the heat gun (usually more of a disaster) and discovered that the frosting is just a bunch of hardened bubbles. You can heat them until they appear to go away (but they don't) You have to heat them until the bubbles release to the surface of the candle. No more frosting and it didn't come back. This happened with candles I made with Sweet Pumpkin SPice from Peaks that was bubbbly out of the bottle right from the get go. Thought I'd share. WillowBoo
Turned out it was a bad batch of the Sweet Pumpkin Spice. Peaks sent me an email letting me know they were aware of the problem and are sending me a replacement bottle. May want to check your bottles if you've gotten any in the last few weeks. They said they thought they got all of them off the shelves. I burned one of the candles for about 2 minutes and it started popping and making funny noises. I had only used around 4% mixed with the usual scent I mix it with.
