tlc26
How long should they be taking to dry? I did a bunch last night and more than 12 hours later the edges are just starting to look dry!Oh and I got these colored pencils at wal-mart. They are watercolor pencils. You can draw with them like regular colored pencils but them you apply a wet brush to get the look of water color. I tried one with water first. It didn't dry up in time for me to paint on the FO so I tried with just FO and it gave it a water color look. You guys might want to check it out. upon researching ingredients for colored pencils it seems that the ingredients are: Filler (kaolin, talc, chalk), colorant (pigment or dye), binding material (cellulose ethers, vegetable gums), wax (paraffin, beeswax, carnauba wax). But it would have to be water soluble to work with water..hmm Just thinking while typing..anyone got an explination?
