TexasBrat Posted July 3, 2009 Share Posted July 3, 2009 I think these are so cool. The first is a frame we made using large pieces of cut glass. I thought they would get fused more but the guy only did a soft fuse so my added pieces are still on top. Weird. Someone also messed with the design as I had them more off shape than that, more diamond then square. I am going to put a mirror behind where the hole is. The glass is actually mounted on one of those dollar frames from Michaels. The next piece is my favorite, it is a basic tile I decorated and had fused and then it was slumped to be a bowl. I love how it came out and the teacher even complimented and showed the class that he liked the way I gave the piece texture by using frit. I had the hardest time being creative but I think I did pretty well coming up with my own thing.
