WendyByTheBay
I have always used liquid soap dyes in my CP soaps. I am ready to try something new. I want to play around with micas and other powder colors. Has any one used the powder dyes from Taylored Concepts?I need a good blue that won't turn purple on me.Also somebody please tell me how many about how many tablespoons are in an ounce. For a medium color shade, would you say a tablespoon of powder dye per lb of soap??? Kitn
2 TBSP = 1 fluid ounce . It is hard to say the amount of "dye" to use , as I don't know what kind you use. I usually start at 1/4 tsp and work up if it is not dark enough for me.HTH
