winssay1
Has anyone tried CS Palm Tree in soy? It seems way too sweet out of the bottle and I'm wondering how it does in wax.I'm considering mixing it with something on the more tart side to cut some of the sweetness. Any ideas? Meridith
Before you decide how it smells, put it in wax. Putting it in wax can change the way it smells. Never go on OOB reviews.
Darbla
Put it in something. To me it's almost SALTY. I supposed that's supposed to be salty sea air.
winssay1
Okay, I poured a few tumblers tonight. It didn't seem particularly strong after I added it to the wax. I think I may have picked up on a little bit of saltiness like Darbla mentioned, although I probably wouldn't have noticed it on my own. My husband picked up a slight bit of menthol, which again I wouldn't have noticed on my own. It is interesting how everyone notices something a little different.I'll let you know what my verdict is after a few days. I think it is better than I initially thought, but I'm not sure if I love it as much as I hoped to.
Darbla
I didn't get any mint, and it was not really strong in my IGI 4794 votive wax. But then that may be a problem with the wax because I've heard several others also complaining about that wax, and I'm going to eventually switch from it. You know how all these variables are!
