tarts

Recommended Posts

I use a soy pillar blend for my tarts. I love it but it is expensive. The tarts just fall out of the jar and no residue after losing the scent.

What I am wanting to do is switch to a 50/50 blend as long as no mess is left when the tart has lost the scent. I just tip the container or votive cup and it slips out without any wax left behind.Would I get this with the 50/50 blend???

No need to use a Pillar wax for tarts! I use straight KY-Soy, in tart warmer, they pop our without residue. If I use a soap stone burner I just palce it in the freezer for a few mins...walla pops right out.

Thank You for the info. I never heard to do that but sounds right. NowI can go to a less expensive wax to save money. There is a $10.00 difference in price between the soy pillar blend and the other soy I buy.
