ladysj
For those of you that make these do you scent the pillar wax or just let them purchase scented tealights? I really don't want to have to get into making tealights they are such a PITA. So I thought I would leave them unscented that way they could purchase the tealights in what ever scent they prefer.Any thoughts?
Pam
I have done these both ways, but as gifts only. There isn't any reason that unscented tealights can't be burnt in both, what I done when giving them as gifts was just package up store bought tealights to put with the gift.Pam F
CathyinME
Hi Sandra! I scent my pillars & make t lights to match. I sell them as a set & they are one of my best sellers. people love having the set. I agree with you saying the t lights are a PITA!!
ladysj
Thanks CathyinMe. I really didn't want to have to add another expense but it seems like I'm going to have to.If you don't mind sharing what size wick do you use for your tea lites using the palm? CathyinME
Depending on scent & color either the BCN tlight wicks or the #21's from Candle science. I don't make alot on the tlights but the pillar makes up for it. try doing a few & see what the customers like. Ya never know!!
