Obviously the only cost is sample product, packaging and shipping. It directed business my way and I tapped customers I normally wouldn't have. It was especially good when I was starting out my business.I don't do it too often I usually limit myself to two (2) to four (4) times a year. It's good to get in the Christmas/Holiday box.
