CountryTartMama
So my interest in making the cute bakery molds has peaked. I have been searching on how to make the frosting with wax, i use soy. When you drizzle on "icing" for like a cinnamon roll, is that all you do, drizzle on the wax? Also one more question, im looking into making the chocolate chip cookies ect,,, But how do you make the chocolate chips brown? Since you would pour one color into the mold, is there a paint to use?Thank you so much, you ladies have a wealth of info and i love learning!! Vicky_CO
For frosting yea you just drizzle you have to make sure your wax is cool enough that it harden fast with soy that is more of a problem than with paraffin. It will just take practice getting your pour temp right.Chocolate chips can be done several ways one would be using a dropper and filling the chip let cool and then pouring the rest of the tart. You can paint it. You could also make chip embeds and place them then do an over pour just like in chunk candles.
