Brenda (OH) Posted January 20, 2009 Share Posted January 20, 2009 Yes, the KY 143 is a higher melt point wax and should help with the tarts smearing in your bags. I use the 2/3 parasoy container blend (not the pillar/votive wax) and 1/3 of the KY 143 for my tarts. I pour into the foil liners.
