If so what is a good starting point? I made one batch last week and it was great. I think I used to much FO though. Last night I made another batch and after I sprayed it the mist settled on the floor and was like pure oil. Guess I used too much oil. Brenda (OH) Posted October 2, 2008 Share Posted October 2, 2008 My base will hold 3-10% FO. How much FO did you use? I don't use JS's base but I do know that some bases are "oily". I use either CMS or KY's bases cause they aren't. I tested a few and geared away from the oily ones due to safety reasons and I thought it was kinda gross knowing it settled on my floors . .
