Brenda (OH)
I am wondering if anyone can suggest a replacement for the 6228 pillar wax that has an equal or better hot throw. The 6228 is hard to find and just noticed that Alabaster has raised it to $130.00 a case. *faint*

MeAndMyPuppyDog
I'm going to assume that at these prices, each case has about 150lbs of wax, right?

Brenda (OH)
Hey no apologies needed, I appreciate everyone's help I use the 6228 primarily as part of my tart blend, occasionally I get pillar or votive requests but they are few and far between. I will keep searching for a replacement wax although at this point it may not really matter. All prices for wax are on the increase. I have dabbled with KY's 143 pillar wax but didn't think the throw was as good as the 6228. Guess I will stick with that since I gotta place an order there anyway.I am still open for suggestions if anyone has any . .
coconut
It looks like wax is up all across the board. I found 6228 listed at Early American Candle for 75.90 but I would call to be sure it is in stock. I'm so glad I stocked up on wax in the Spring!https://www.earlyamericancandlesupplies.com/store_supplies.cfm?Cat=1&Sub=
