dixiegal
Using eco pillar blend, my pillars come out very pretty but as soon as I touch them they have my fingerprints all over them. How do you handle the pillars without leaving your prints on them? TIA
Marilyn
Quite a while ago I read an experience of a man who was trying to clean his pillars and was told to use nylon stockings to wipe the fingerprints off. He was telling his story as he was single and trying to get some discarded stockings from a neighbor, I think. Anyway, besides the humor, the stockings worked wonders on his candles. Henryk
When you use the stockings - use them in a fast motion - and do it very lightly or you will just dull them. I can't remember using them on soy pillars actually now that I think about it - but this does work on paraffin and BW pillars.
