MissMary Posted August 6, 2008 Share Posted August 6, 2008 I don't know "what" makes a good base, but I tested a few and I really enjoy Peaks... I can't quite describe it and the scent from the base is easily taken over. I think though, a base can be subjective, reading through here - because between different bottle sizes, reed amounts and ratios, there's quite a few combo's out there.
