ladysj
I am wanting to try some of the bubble bath recipes in Failor's book. It calls for this oil. Is there anything that I can sub for this?
mystical_angel1219
It is commonly called Turkey Red oil, and it has an odor to it. Not a fan. Used a lot in bath bombs. Possibly using regular castor probably would work. I'd experiment on a small, scaled down batch before you do a whole recipe.
usairforce
I am not sure of any oil that you could sub for sulfonated castor oil since it is the only oil that I can think of that can easyily mix with water as well as oil based products without the use of an emulsifier.
