cottoncandy Posted July 18, 2008 Share Posted July 18, 2008 I have some White Willow Bark that I would like to use in a balm for my moms hands.It is powder form. Should I infuse this in oil or I have read to infuse in water. I have some Arnica already infused in Oil, can I use some of this and add the Willow to it.
