I only needed to get 2 colors of select shades, so I added them to my cart and estimated shipping. It ended up being $6.55 for USPS priority, so I continued through checkout, but when I chose priority shipping, it changed it to express. Luci Posted May 29, 2008 Share Posted May 29, 2008 I had that same problem when I recently ordered fo from there. I chose priority, and it also figured express. I tried to call the next day but got no answer. Later, I tried again and chose UPS. This time it worked.I figured that since I was ordering fo with lower flash points that it just wouldn't calculate priority. You should be able to get colorant shipping USPS, though. Good luck getting an answer with a phone call or email. I was very pleased with the service and how quickly I got my order, but I don't know if they've improved about answering the phone or an email.
