curlycoat2 Posted May 14, 2008 Share Posted May 14, 2008 Hi I am a newbie from Australia!I have been reading posts on your gorgeous site for the last few days and I am hoping someone might be able to help me if possible. I am very new to soaping (using m&p but loving it! and I am sure one day I will get the courage/experience to try cp). I am interested in making a basic martini scent. I live in Australia and unfortunately with the new flashpoint ruling and shipping I cant purchase most of the "cocktail" scents. The only alternative seems to be to try and create them myself. Does anyone have any ideas how I could get a "gin" scent or a martini scent. Would straight juniper do it? I think once I have the basic martini scent I can then try to add to it ie watermelon.
