Karen M
I was thinking about a new line of candles in tins, but was wondering do the tins get too hot, they seem thinner than a glass jar?Any input appreciated before I spend my $$$ on tins??TIAKaren M
tootie04
They do get kinda warm....depending on how you wick them. Just order a few and test them first to see how you like them.tootie
Stella1952
When wicked correctly, my tins actually feel cooler to the touch than the glass jars because the thin metal conducts heat more readily. The thicker glass seems to hold it in more, at least with mine.

You can even make them wickless and put them on a warmer.
