I ended up ordering from them because they carried a couple of hard-to-find materials I was looking for. The transactions went smoothly and professionally.What really prompted me to recommend them is that I needed additional information about one of the things I bought. Some e-Bay sellers don't communicate very well or go out of their way, so I didn't have high expectations. However, they were very helpful and took the trouble to get the manufacturer data sheet for what I bought and mail it to me along with the MSDS. They went out of their way to help me, so I'm doing the same.Worth putting in your bookmarks if they have a good assortment of stuff you normally buy, especially if you live in the general area of Arkansas.
