I wonder if it is a manufacturing problem and not really related to which supplier you got it from. Is the water a lot? If so, you might contact the supplier to see if they can replace it for you. If it's a 60 lb case but you only ended up with 50 lbs of wax because the rest was water, then it wouldn't be fair to you. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

glittergirl Posted April 17, 2008 Author Share Posted April 17, 2008 Hello peeps, thank you all for responding. I have found the problem, it's not the wax. I use a 100 # water jacket melter and it's leaking water into my melter. I completely cleaned the melter out today, turned it off, came back and looked in it, and sure enough, water in it.
