FlameyJamie
does anyone know any good sites to get tart molds. I am having so much fun making them but getting bored with the fluted tart mold (it's the only one I have). I tried using a candy mold but it didn't wrok well. Any ideas? dcso580
We use candy molds for ours and don't have any sort of problems. I hate stating the obvious, but you are using tart wax and not container wax, right?Ours practially fall right out.
FlameyJamie
I was using 75% Ecosoya PB & 25% IGI1250. I didn't know their was a wax specifically for tarts. I definitly am learning something everyday. What wax is for tarts?

hotmama2700
You could try the silicone mini muffin pans I went to a kitchen store inside one of the malls near Pittsburgh and found them for 1.00 a pan each pan held 6 muffins. They were a little smaller than the 1oz tart molds but but you could always grubby the tops and and make them look primitive.
