Veggie Modifier

I have been using a Veggie Modifier with the Calsoy CB-3 at 1 tlb. per pound of soy. I did some searching on the website where I get it and it says to use anywhere from 3-5 percent. I just ran a test and it comes out to roughly 2 tlb. per pound. I am figuring it the simple way for now -- 16 oz. X 3% to see how it works. I am going to up it to 2 tbl per pound to see if it will help even more with the tops and the dreadful frosting. It did indicate that the veggie modifier will help the frost issue. I will let you know how it goes.
