Kymber
I have googled until I am cross eyed! Does anyone know where to buy the sheets of brown kraft deli paper? I think it is lightly waxed on one side. I have found brown kraft butcher paper but I think that might be too heavy. I can find all kinds of white and printed but haven't found the brown kraft. I can find tissue paper but that isn't strong enough.
coconut
Next time try a different search engine. I use mamma.com (3 m's) and found lots of hits and none were from Google. I have not purchased from these vendors but this is what I found:http://www.kraftkottage.com/about.htmlhttp://www.kraftoutlet.com/store/Default.asp Good Luck, HTH. lindsaycb
Good luck on that one...I've scoured too looking for brown deli sheets. No where have I found it yet.Kraft paper doesn't work to wrap things like soap, the wax coating is what I'm looking for.
Kymber
Hi Lindsay! I have found some online....FINALLY! Of course you have to buy about 500/1000 sheets but that is doable...LOL I was going to call our resturant supply place today and see if they carry it....but I got busy down in the soap room and forgot until I saw this post! Here are a couple that I have foundMAC - Food Service Tissue and Waxed Florist TissueWaxed Tissue PaperAnd this one I wish I could get a sample....I should call them...Treecycle Recycled Paper: Cat

Kymber
Hi Nancy!I looked at that but I think at 50# it is too heavy to wrap tightly enough around my bar. Looked a brown butcher paper too but I think that is too heavy too. Thanks for the link!
Dori79
Have you asked your local grocer? The place I shop at uses a redish paper with wax coating on one side, it would look good - maybe you could check out that route? Either purchase directly from the grocer or ask if they'd order you a roll with their next order?personalized stationery Edited May 19, 2011 by Dori79 show sample
