Is this normal for this FO.:undecided It should be an old FO why I ordered it about 3 weeks ago they had to back order it for me because they were out of it at that time. And I did try to call their customer service line but they are closed right now and I really wanted to make a candle tonight. Well TIA if you can help me. soshiegirl Posted February 14, 2008 Share Posted February 14, 2008 Maybe you could try warming it up by sitting it in a warm water bath before you use it and see if the filmyness and/or clumpiness disappears.
