shine
I have been doing 4 hour test burns on my 2 1/2 inch diameter candles but I'm wondering if I can decrease to 3 hours. How many hours does everyone tend to use to conduct test burns?Shine
Stella1952
1 hour per inch of container diameter. 4 hours is a little long for that container. HTH
shine
Thanks. It will help to speed up testing too .Shine
Stella1952
Burn it all the way to the end, now - don't be in TOO much of a hurry! Don't forget to trim the wick before relighting. Once you get the wicking dialed in, then powerburn one start to finish to make sure the candle isn't slightly overwicked when people don't follow instructions and just burn it until it's gone. Have fun!
shine
Thanks again. I do burn 'til all the wax is consumed but I have not power burned. Your replies are always very helpful .
